Refund Policy

SchoolsCRM realtime transactions and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your card or bank account but a subscription has not been approved within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction for reasons and/or other technical issues, then you may inform us by sending us an email on support@schoolscrm.online or posting us a message on the Contact Us page. Please note that as soon as the transaction fails. You can mark a mail to us inquiring about the exact reason for failure and we shall investigate the incident and get back to you and if money debited from your account and not reflected in website we will be refunded within 5-7 business working days as per the bank policies.
